Mr. Capalot (also called Polo Capalot) is a Chicago Illinois rapper who gained fame after uploading tracks to YouTube. The first tracks he released were such as the Come Up and Never Cared and also made the debut SoundCloud by releasing a mixtape called OFFICIAL POLO.G SoundCloud. Gang With Me marked his debut hit single, which was then followed by another single,"Finer Things. In prison, he wrote Finer Things. It was the first single to break through and accumulated million of hits on YouTube which brought him into the spotlight. Eventually, major record labels began to take notice of him. Pop Out with Lil Tjay is the first single released as part of Columbia Records' distribution contract. The song received millions in viewers on YouTube. Furthermore, it reached 22nd place on the Billboard Hot 100.
